- Confirmations with every vendor: dates, deliverables, arrival windows, contacts
- A master wedding-day timeline, built with you and distributed to every vendor and your venue
- Rehearsal direction the day before
- Twelve hours of wedding-day management: setup oversight, vendor wrangling, timeline execution, and steady problem-solving so you never see a hiccup
- An emergency kit and an on-site lead coordinator through the last send-off
