Our Wedding Management engagement starts 6-8 weeks out, because that's what it actually takes: confirming every vendor, building and distributing a master timeline, directing your rehearsal, and only then executing the day. We named it what it really is.

Wedding Management: as soon as you know you'll want it, since we can only take a limited number per weekend, and we formally begin 6-8 weeks before your date. Partial Planning: once your venue is booked, ideally 4-6 months out. Full Service: as early as you like. The whole point is that we're with you from the beginning.

Both, equally. It's the founding idea of the company. Weddings anywhere in either metro are our home turf with no travel fee. For celebrations elsewhere in the Carolinas, we'll quote any travel plainly in your proposal, never as a surprise line item.

Each tier has a published starting price: $1,200 for Wedding Management, $2,500 for Partial Planning, and $4,500 for Full Service. Your exact quote is confirmed after a complimentary consultation, based on guest count, venue logistics, and scope. Booking is a signed agreement with a retainer that reserves your date; the balance is due before the wedding. Everything, including how out-of-scope requests are handled, is in writing.

Yes. John leads every wedding on site, first in and last out, with an emergency kit, printed timelines, and every vendor's number. The only exception is a true emergency, in which case a qualified substitute steps in at no cost to you, as spelled out in our agreement.

We carry general liability insurance and can provide your venue a certificate of insurance on request. It's a standard requirement at most venues, and one we're set up to handle quickly.

We become your vendors' primary point of contact for logistics and coordination. That's what keeps your phone quiet in the final weeks. Your contracts and payments stay yours: we track what's due and remind you, but we never hold your money or sign on your behalf.

You'll hear back within one business day. From there: a complimentary consultation where we walk through your plans and worries, an honest recommendation on which tier fits (sometimes the answer is the smaller one), and a clear written proposal. If it's a yes, a signed agreement and retainer take your date off the market.
